Calling all of those with good decorating sense...I need your help. We have recently decided to get some new bedroom furniture and since we are getting a different size bed, we HAVE TO get new bedding. What a bummer...I'm sure you feel my pain. :) Anyway, I had a "nester" idea in my head and decided to give it a try. I'm thinking about moving my bedroom window treatments (which should probably be call "mistreatments") to my family room and my family room treatments to my bedroom. I'm posting a couple of pictures so that you can see what they look like. The lighting is terrible, so do the best you can.
Current treatment is the stripe. The "new arrival" or maybe "temporary treatment" is the pale blue.
I had to play with the lighting in my photoshop. sorry for the quality. the colors are poorly saturated.
Maybe these pictures are a little better.
Anyway, be honest. I was just thinking that if I had to replace the bedding and if these look better in the family room than what I had in there, then it would be a change without spending any extra money. I'm not in love with the new look. I guess I'll wait and see what the hubby thinks as well. I'm anxious to here your opinions.
